Unfortunately, the government only offers rebates for Clinical Registered Psychologists and Social Workers. Often the difference between what they charge and the rebate is very similar to our rates. Feel free to shop around and get the best fit.

Yes, counselling is completely confidential, with two exceptions:

1. If there is a safety issue counsellors have a moral and legal obligation to act.

2. All our counsellors receive supervision so that you get best practice care that is overseen by another experienced counselling supervisor. Only initials or first names are used in supervision to maintain confidentiality.
